What I do in Odoo

Seven services, each one on its own, or together as a full rollout.

  • Implementation and configuration

Sales, CRM, Inventory, Purchase, Invoicing and Accounting, Website and eCommerce, set up around your real process and not the demo data.

  • Customization and module development

New fields, screens, workflows, approval steps, wizards, access rules, and custom PDF reports such as quotes, invoices and delivery slips, delivered as clean, installable modules you own.

  • Custom portals and apps inside Odoo

Dashboards or customer-facing apps that live in Odoo and use your existing Odoo logins.

  • Migrations and upgrades

Move between Odoo 18 and 19 with your customizations ported, or move your operation from spreadsheets and other tools into Odoo, with checks at every step.

  • Integrations

Connect Odoo to your website, payment gateways, shipping, e-commerce and other apps, built for Odoo's newer APIs so they keep working through upgrades.

  • Data import and cleanup

Customers, products, prices, stock and opening balances, mapped, de-duplicated and verified with counts and totals before go-live.

  • Training and support

Bilingual, role-based training with short written guides, then hourly support or prepaid credit when you need it.

Odoo checkup

A read-only review of the Odoo you already have: configuration, stock, valuation, sales, invoicing and unused modules.

  • A written report
  • Exact numbers, with the filters, dates and method behind each one
  • A prioritized list of fixes
Ask for a quote

How I work on Odoo

Your live system is never my test bench.

  • Staging first

Every change is built and tested on a separate copy before it reaches your live database.

  • Read-only by default

On your live database I start read-only. Anything that changes data happens only with your approval, and I tell you exactly what will change.

  • Version-correct

Code is written for your exact Odoo version and checked against Odoo's own source.

  • Numbers you can verify

Reports show the filters, dates and method behind every total.

  • AI-assisted, engineer-reviewed

AI speeds up the routine parts of a customization. I design, review and test every line, so you get faster delivery without guesswork.

  • Yours to keep

Documented modules in your repository, with an upgrade path that doesn't lock you in.

Access and data

I work only with the access you grant and can revoke, read-only on your live database by default, and I don't keep copies of your data after the job.

Who it's for

  • Small and mid-sized businesses in Puerto Rico moving off spreadsheets or other tools
  • Companies already on Odoo whose setup isn't working the way it should
  • Teams choosing an ERP who want an independent opinion

Independent, not a reseller

I'm an independent, Odoo-certified consultant, not an Odoo reseller. You buy any licenses directly from Odoo, and I help you choose between Community and Enterprise.

How pricing works

Written quote per phase; small changes $60/hr.

Odoo questions

How much does an Odoo implementation cost in Puerto Rico?

It depends on which apps you need and how much data has to move. After a scoping call you get a written quote for each phase, so you know the price before work starts. Small changes later are billed by the hour.

How long does it take?

It depends on the apps and the data. The written plan gives a timeline for each phase, and I build in small steps so you see progress along the way.

Community or Enterprise?

Community is the free, open-source edition. Enterprise is the paid edition with more apps and features. I'll help you choose based on what your business actually needs. I'm independent, so I don't resell either one.

Can you fix an Odoo that someone else set up?

Yes. I start with a read-only checkup, tell you what is wrong and what it would take to fix it, and we decide the next step together.

What access do you need, and is my data safe?

I work only with the access you grant and can revoke, read-only on your live database by default, and I don't keep copies of your data after the job. Every change is built and tested on a separate copy first.

Which Odoo versions do you work with?

Odoo 18 and 19, with code written for your exact version.

Tell me what you're building.

Send a few lines about your business and what you need. I'll reply by email to set up a call.
